Do you have the confidence to stand up and express your boundaries? Assertive & Boundary Awareness will help support you by giving you the tools for improving your body language and communicating your personal boundaries.
step 3 - Verbal SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS
Self- defense is more than just physical. We believe your voice is an important self-defense tool to assert your boundaries. Verbal Self-Defense will help you to resolve conflict or de-escalate a situation before needing to use any physical defense.
Step 4 - Physical SELF-DEFENSE SKILLS
Learning self-defense will empower you to feel more comfortable in your body, safer in your environment and an overall confidence in understanding how to avoid vulnerable situations. Physical Self-Defense will give you basic moves to utilize in case of a physical escalation. Work with fun and inspiring, certified black belt women who will guide you through understanding how to protect yourself.
